Our First Regatta of the Year!
Join us on October 26th as the Naples Sailing and Yacht Club hosts the 2019 Commodores Cup Sailing Regatta. This race, begun in memory of the Club’s first Commodore, Jack Mesmer, marks the 36th time sailboats have competed in this coveted event.
The festivities begin on Friday evening at the Skipper’s Meeting in the Main Dining Room. This meeting is an opportunity to learn about the race-course and to meet the participants. Saturday is race day. The event begins at 10:55 am at The Naples Pier. A special section of the pier will be reserved for our members to enjoy the race. The weekend wraps up on Sunday morning with the Awards Breakfast at the Club. All members are welcome to attend each aspect of this event and encouraged to enter the race as a participant.
